Pack your tapes in a jiffy bag or box them up - please remember the Royal Mail are not always kind to parcels - so make sure they are packaged well! Always add your ‘return’ address on packages or tapes.
Use Royal Mails ‘Signed For’, ‘Special Delivery’ or ‘Next Day Delivery’ - this way you will have a tracking number and we will have to sign for them.
SEND NO MONEY!
We will invoice you via Paypal (or you can pay via cheque) when we’ve COMPLETED the dubbing.
When we receive your tapes, they will be labelled and logged into our system. We will send you an email to let you know of their safe arrival and an approximate completion date.
We will then duplicate, encode or copy your tapes.
When we have completed your duplication, we will send you an invoice via Paypal to request payment.
Please remember - you can pay with a credit card, via Paypal even withouta Paypal account.

When we’ve received payment, we will send your package back to you via Royal Mails’ FIRST CLASS Recorded Delivery or Courier if you’d prefer.
We can post your master and copies separately, for extra safety - just let us know.
Please note that we will be closed from 31st July - 18th August inclusive.
Any orders received after 7th July will be delayed because of this closure. If your order is urgent please contact us before sending it so we can advise if we are able to complete it before our closure as we do sometimes have space in a Fast Track service for an additional premium.
