What to do now?

Step by step

• Contact us to tell us what you have - the formats, quantity and approximate duration. If you're unsure of the format, send us a photo and we can help identify it.
• We will email you a price and an approximate turnaround time. We will also email you a booking form to complete and place in with your tapes. See how to place an order for exactly what to tell us.
• We accept orders from anywhere in the UK. Send your tapes to us using an insured, tracked postal service such as Royal Mail Special Delivery, or arrange to drop them off at our London W1 office. Full packing and posting instructions are on how to send your tapes.
• We take care of the rest - your tapes are labelled, logged, transferred to your required format and checked.
• Once payment has been received, we post your original tapes back along with your DVD or hard drive.

Posting your tapes safely

Wrap each tape in bubble wrap, pack them snugly in a strong box so nothing rattles, and send by Royal Mail Special Delivery or a tracked courier so the parcel is insured. Include a note with your name, phone number, email address and what you would like doing.

There is no need to sort the box by format first - collections containing several tape formats are logged and priced as a single job when they arrive.

Never post tapes loose in a jiffy bag — the shells crack. If a tape is already broken, do not try to wind it back yourself; send it as it is and we will repair it.
