This is how we handle your tapes during Covid-19
1.
Download our order form HERE
Please package your tapes and put your NAME and POSTCODE on the outside of the package for us to identify them without opening the package.
2.
We will place your package in an
air-tight box and store it for 3 days.
This is the advice we have been given to reduce any cross-contamination from packages, to our staff
3.
On day 4+ we will then wipe your tape cases with Isopropyl alcohol and then transfer and copy your video tapes or film to DVD or Digital files
4.
When we have completed your job - we will again wipe the cases down with Isopropyl alcohol, and then package them ready for posting
5.
Your tapes and transfer will then be placed in an air-tight box and stored for 3 days before we post them back to you
